Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
